The discounts and rebates offered will vary massively between projects and owners; there is no fixed hard and fast percentage or strategy with discounting. It ultimately depends on the specific personal circumstances of the individual selling the property (when did they buy? Strength of currencies then versus now?).

Many developers are able to offer reduced transfer fees or include partial furniture and add-ons versus discounting the actual sales price.
